Good... for 3 weeks

I was in love with my One Step, but after 3 weeks of use it just stopped. I'm devastated, because I'm from Brazil and there is no technical assistance from Revlon here.

Best Hair Tool for wavy and curly hair

I have this brush for almost 4 years and is by far the best tool in the industry if your hair is big frizzy and curly and you wanna look like Barbie! Mine is quite damaged and now I look to replace it with one exactly the same.

Great tool but didn't last very long...

I love the tool, absolutely great...but I only had it for 2 months and it is not heating anymore

Good for only 2 years, just like the warranty says

The warranty is only for two years! I got the Revlon volumizer back in the fall of 2018. It worked perfectly and my hair turned out great until 20 months later the side brittles started to bend and lay flat. Since then, I rarely used it and the brittles never bounded back. Once those brittles lay flat, it performs the opposite and makes my hair super puffy, which is the only reason I kept the tool for the rare occasions I needed that look. It WAS a great tool, I loved it and recommend it BUT for only two years or, maybe, 25 uses. I will need to buy a new one but wished I can just replace the brittles and not the entire tool, which is why I give it 3 stars… the use is short, and cannot be replaced with parts or recycled, but 5 stars for the first-year performance.

Love this item BUT.....

So this product works great to straighten my hair & give it shine. However, after only a month of using it, a section of the bristles have broken. With NO reply from Revlon (after several emails).

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Dried my hair in 15 minutes! Very user friendly! Gets a little hot to touch but cools down fairly quickly! I like the big brush because I have a lot of hair and it fits it perfectly! 10/10 recommend!!

Very pleased with my dryer. It straighten my hair and leaves it so smooth. Cuts my time down. I have natural curly hair and now no frizz and straight. Love it!!

Not sure if this works like I want it to

I like that I don't have to hold both a brush and the hair dryer but I don't see a difference in how my hair turns out. I get more styling ability with my round brush. Hair isn't any less frizzy with this tool.

Amazing Results

I cannot say enough good things about this item. It gives me a salon quality blow out that I can do at home. I highly recommend it. Also I had an issue with my dryer and Revlon stood behind it and sent me a brand new one.

Performs well

My daughter recommended this. It is a great alternative to my years of dryer and flat iron. My hair dries faster and gets the smooth finish- flat iron effect all in one. I was pleasantly surprised it works so well.

Gamer changer as a mother!

Bought this at Walmart and it was on clearance after Christmas for $25! Such a steal, because I absolutely love it! As a mom to a 10 month old- this tool has cut time in half for me when it comes to doing my hair! I rarely have time for myself the way it is and doing my hair is rare, but with this tool, I’ll definitely be having more time to do my hair since it gets done so fast! So glad I was able to snag it!

Great Product

I have short and thin hair. Before this product it took me 30 minutes to an hour to do my hair. Now that I have this product it takes me 10 minutes to do my hair with only using one item. This product does not damage hair compared to using a blow dryer and then a curling wand. I would totally recommended product.

Literally a game changer!

I have to start by saying I hate to style my hair. Like literally I avoid it at all costs. I only even blow dry my hair if I absolutely have to. I bought this tool to use on those rare occasions I do use a blow dryer. This dryer is easy to use and effective. My hair is soft and volumized. I have a feeling I will now be blow drying my hair way more often!
